I don’t normally watch American Idol past the initial auditions.  There are just better things I could watch during that time slot.  Tonight, there is nothing else on because of basketball on CBS, and I want to be sure I’m on Fox at 9 when Hell’s Kitchen comes on, so I’m stuck with AI tonight.

My question is, since this is a singing contest why are they lip syncing the opening number?

I just decided to use WordPress for my blog this time through, and before I even get my first post up I’m questioning that decision.

I started trying to set up Akismet for comment spam prevention.  In order to do so I need a code that can be found in my WordPress account, or if I don’t have an account I’ll get one when I start an account.  no problem.  I’ve never really done a lot with WordPress, so I assumed I didn’t have an account and went to create where I was told my Username already existed.  No big deal I’ll just log on, I’m sure I can figure out which of my passwords I used or get it reset.  So I go to log in where I’m told my Username doesn’t exist.

Wait . . . What?  Let’s recap to make sure I heard that right.  I can’t create a new account because my Username exists, but I can’t log in to an existing account my Username name doesn’t exist.
